Return & Replacement Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of signed books, limited editions, and small-batch publishing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for books or merchandise once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective item, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number.

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The shipping box or packaging

    • Any visible shipping damage

Once your claim is reviewed, we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
